The WILEVCO food coating applicator equipment uses patented “spinning disc” technology to apply spray coatings to black forest ham. The product is passed through the machine while the coating is applied precisely to each product on the conveyor belt. The ham is never floated through a puddle of coating and adjustments can be made to achieve the ideal coating layer.
